By downloading, installing, or using Break Scroll ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Reiser Labs ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Break Scroll. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 17, you confirm that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission.
You must have an Apple ID and a device running iOS 16.0 or later to use the App.
Break Scroll offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription called Break Scroll Pro with full access to all features.
All prices are in USD. Actual pricing in your local currency may vary and is set by the Apple App Store based on your region.

Free Trial (if offered)
We may from time to time offer a free trial period for Break Scroll Pro. If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we change the price of your subscription, we will give you advance notice before the change takes effect. You will have the option to cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
The free tier of Break Scroll provides access to a limited set of features at no cost. Features available on the free tier may change over time at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice provided to existing free users.
Break Scroll offers a referral program where existing users can invite friends to earn bonus screen time.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Break Scroll is a software tool and is not a medical device, personal trainer, or healthcare service. The exercises tracked by the App are general fitness activities. We make no representation that they are appropriate for your individual health situation.
You exercise at your own risk. Reiser Labs is not responsible for any injury, illness, or other health consequence arising from your use of the App or participation in any exercise shown or suggested by the App.
The screen time earned through exercise is a software feature and does not constitute medical advice about healthy technology use.
Break Scroll and all its content — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, text, workout plans, and branding — are owned by Reiser Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the App without our express written consent.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between Apple's terms and these Terms, Apple's terms govern with respect to Apple's services.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
You acknowledge that this End User License Agreement is between you and Reiser Labs only, and not with Apple Inc. Reiser Labs, not Apple, is solely responsible for Break Scroll and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to Break Scroll.
In the event of any failure of Break Scroll to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if applicable) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to Break Scroll.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Break Scroll or your possession and/or use of Break Scroll, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Break Scroll fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reiser Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are engaging in behaviour harmful to other users or our platform.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the app: go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account from our servers and revokes your Sign in with Apple authorisation. Upon account deletion, all personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you continue using the App after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.
In accordance with Apple App Store guidelines, Break Scroll provides a full account deletion option. You can delete your account by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account within the app.
Account deletion permanently and irreversibly removes:
The deletion process also revokes your Sign in with Apple authorisation with Apple's servers. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered. Any active subscription must be cancelled separately through iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions before or after account deletion — deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
